PANCAKES WITH TWO INGREDIENT

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- one banana
method
01.Mash the banana with a fork in a small basin.
02.Mix two eggs in a mixing dish.
03.Pour onto a hot, oiled griddle to make 8-10 tiny pancakes.
04.In the photos, I quadrupled the recipe. If you don't like the egg yolk, you can substitute 1 banana for 2-3 egg whites.
