 Ingredients

  • 4 cups cleaned and dried baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup roughly chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup feta or goat cheese crumbles
  • Garnish with fresh basil or mint leaves, if desired.

Dressing
  • two tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • One tablespoon of honey (or maple syrup)
  • Two tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.


Instructions
