Ingredients

  • two medium egg whites
  • 125 gms coarse castor sugar
  • Real vanilla essence
Instructions
01.Separate the whites from the yellows and beat the whites until the stoff peaks. 02.Slowly add the sugar and vanilla extract until the mixture is stable. Preheat the oven to 100 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. 03.Line a tray with parchment paper and pipe 20 large or 40 little meringues. Meringues for babies. 04.Bake for 90 minutes on low heat, or until the meringues are done and come off the parchment paper without sticking. 05.Keep in an airtight container! Enjoy!
