Smoothie with Mixed Berries Blast

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen berry mixture (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- a half-cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or vegan)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
- A couple cubes of ice
Method
01.Blend together the frozen mixed berries, vanilla yogurt, milk, and honey (if using) in a blender.
02.Add a few ice cubes to make the smoothie colder and thicker.
03.Blend everything together until the smoothie is creamy and thoroughly blended.
04.If the consistency is too thick, add additional milk until the appropriate thickness is reached.
05.Fill a glass halfway with the Mixed Berry Blast Smoothie and top with fresh berries.
