Ingredients
  • 1 cup spinach leaves, fresh
  • 1 pitted and peeled ripe avocado
  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 1 cup almond milk (or other milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • a half teaspoon of vanilla extract
Method
01.Blend the fresh spinach leaves, ripe avocado, ripe banana, almond milk, honey (if used), and vanilla essence in a blender. 02.Blend everything together until the smoothie is creamy and thoroughly blended. 03.If the consistency is too thick, add additional almond milk to achieve the ideal consistency. 04.Serve the Green Spinach Avocado Smoothie immediately in a glass.
