๐Ÿ“ Ingredients

  • One cup of sushi rice๐Ÿš
  • Two sheets of nori seaweed๐ŸŒฟ
  • Two cooked and cut chicken breasts๐Ÿ—
  • teriyaki sauce, a quarter of a cup๐Ÿฅข๐Ÿฏ
  • a half sliced avocado๐Ÿฅ‘
  • A quarter of a cup julienned carrots๐Ÿฅ•
  • A quarter-cup of julienned cucumber๐Ÿฅ’
  • In dipping, soy sauce๐Ÿฑ
  • To serving, wasabi and pickled ginger  ๐Ÿฑ

๐Ÿ“ Method

01.Cook the sushi rice as directed on the package or in a rice cooker. Allow it to come to room temperature.

02.Place a nori seaweed sheet on a clean kitchen towel or a bamboo sushi mat.

03.To prevent sticking, wet your fingers and distribute half of the sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving about half an inch of nori at the top edge.

04.Drizzle teriyaki sauce over the rice.

05.Along the center of the nori sheet, arrange the sliced chicken, avocado, carrots, and cucumber.

06.Begin rolling the sushi away from you with the bamboo mat or cloth, tucking in the contents as you go. To make a firm roll, use mild pressure.

07.After rolling, wet a sharp knife and slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.

08.Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.

09.Arrange the Teriyaki Chicken Roll sushi pieces on a serving platter.
