๐ Ingredients
- One cup of sushi rice๐
- Two sheets of nori seaweed๐ฟ
- Two cooked and cut chicken breasts๐
- teriyaki sauce, a quarter of a cup๐ฅข๐ฏ
- a half sliced avocado๐ฅ
- A quarter of a cup julienned carrots๐ฅ
- A quarter-cup of julienned cucumber๐ฅ
- In dipping, soy sauce๐ฑ
- To serving, wasabi and pickled ginger ๐ฑ
๐ Method
01.Cook the sushi rice as directed on the package or in a rice cooker. Allow it to come to room temperature.
02.Place a nori seaweed sheet on a clean kitchen towel or a bamboo sushi mat.
03.To prevent sticking, wet your fingers and distribute half of the sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving about half an inch of nori at the top edge.
04.Drizzle teriyaki sauce over the rice.
05.Along the center of the nori sheet, arrange the sliced chicken, avocado, carrots, and cucumber.
06.Begin rolling the sushi away from you with the bamboo mat or cloth, tucking in the contents as you go. To make a firm roll, use mild pressure.
07.After rolling, wet a sharp knife and slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
08.Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
09.Arrange the Teriyaki Chicken Roll sushi pieces on a serving platter.
