Ingredients
- Two skinless, boneless chicken breasts

- Two minced garlic cloves
- One teaspoon of dry herbs ( rosemary, thyme, or oregano)
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
01.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). 02.Cut two huge sheets of aluminum foil, 12x18 inches each. 03.Each foil sheet should have one chicken breast in the center. 04.Place the veggies in a circle around the chicken breasts. 05.Whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
06.Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the chicken and veggies evenly. 07.Fold the foil sides over the chicken and veggies, closing the edges securely to form packets. 08.Line a baking sheet with foil packs. 09.Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are soft. 10.Open the foil packets carefully, being mindful of the steam, and transfer the chicken and veggies to serving dishes. 11.Serve hot and enjoy this tasty and nutritious baked chicken and veggie dish.
