Delicious Chocolate Raspberry Cake

Ingredients
- Two cups regular flour
- Granulated sugar two cups
- 3/4 cup of chocolate powder, unsweetened
- Two tablespoons of baking powder
- 11/2 percent teaspoon baking soda
- One teaspoon of salt 2 big eggs
- One quart of milk
- Half a cup of olive oil
- Two teaspoons of vanilla extract
- A cup of hot water
- Jam or preserves made from raspberries
- Fresh raspberries (for decoration)
Method
01.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Prepare two 9-inch round cake pans by greasing and flouring them.
02.Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing basin.
03.To the dry ingredients, add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla essence. Mix on medium speed until everything is fully incorporated.
04.Reduce the speed to low and slowly drizzle in the hot water, mixing until the batter is smooth and thin.
05.Pour the batter into the prepared cake pans in an equal layer.
06.Cook for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
07.Remove the cakes from the oven and cool for about 10 minutes in the pans. After that, place them on a wire rack to cool entirely.
08.Spread a layer of raspberry jam or preserves between the layers once the cakes have completely cooled.
09.Decorate the cake with chocolate icing and fresh raspberries on top.
