Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound (450g) mixed seafood (such as shrimp, scallops, and crabmeat), cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for a few minutes until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and season with dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and heat through.
  5. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese and half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
  7. Place 3 lasagna noodles evenly over the sauce.
  8. Spread 1/3 of the ricotta cheese mixture over the noodles, followed by 1/3 of the seafood mixture. Drizzle with Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  9. Repeat the layers two more times, ending with a layer of lasagna noodles, Alfredo sauce, and a generous amount of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  10. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
